President of the Duncannon Fire Company, Kevin Bissonnette, closes up shop in substation 421, after an inspection of Tower Ladder Truck 2. The truck's hydraulic ladder did not pass inspection and has been sitting in storage since Jan. 30, with another malfunctioning truck. Currently, the volunteer fire company does not have enough money to fix the trucks.
