204/365: Jeong Jeom Soon pulls a cart of recyclables and her daughter Jeon Ara who rides on the side. Jeom Soon said she and her daughter have a mental handicap and so receive some money from the Korean government. To supplement the support check Jeom Soon and her husband collect cardboard for 10 hours every day of the week. They said the money they make aren't even close to being enough to pay for their living expenses. I hope to meet up with this family again and see how they're doing. March 1, 2013
