Korea 365: 323 Haraboji

323/365: It's been strange getting used to speaking Korean. In Korea it's common for you to refer to an old man as Haraboji, or grandfather, even if you're unrelated. It seems a little too familiar of a word for a stranger, but I suppose it might compare to calling someone 'sir' in English. Out for a walk, this haraboji paused for a while to watch my friends and I climbing. June 30, 2013
